Malaxers are used to knead the olive paste and increase the oil percentage. Each malaxer eye works independently. The olives crushed in the crusher are transferred to the malaxer chamber we want by means of the spiral and opening arms as semi-dough.
The dough is kneaded by the special spiral inside the malaxers. This process is important for the next solid-liquid separation. Thanks to the water jackets in the malaxer, the circulated hot water is brought to the desired temperature.
It is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a malaxer according to the food regulations. It can be manufactured to take 750 and 1.000 kg dough on demand.
